Lines in the Sand, I-XII
Part travelogue, part meditation, this non-fiction piece was written after a five-day crossing of the Simpson Desert in South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland, in 2005.
It’s one of the stories selected for this year’s UTS Anthology entitled ‘Making Tracks’ which is published by ABC Books. You can order a copy from their online bookstore.
The Anthology was launched at the Sydney Writers’ Festival on 27th May 2006, and again at Gleebooks on 1st June.
